CE Supervisor Project Worker: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

Engage with and build a professional trusting relationship with Participants, treating them with dignity and respect to work within the values of (Company Name - Subscribers only).
– Maintain/develop existing links with relevant statutory, community and voluntary agencies, creating recovery pathways for participants.
– Ensure compliance with organisation policies to ensure consistent delivery of service and maintenance of quality standards.
– To develop and disseminate resources and information which supports people affected by problematic use & use of drugs & alcohol.
– Convey knowledge about Recovery, promote activities of recovery and supporting (Company Name - Subscribers only) aims.
– Co-facilitate meetings as scheduled – Set the tone for appropriate behavior of participants through empathy, humour and openness.
Work in the Connect to the work place programme, developing structure, activities , progression towards recovery oriented employment and other.
– Opportunity to avail of further education within the addiction service.
– Undertake other duties as may be requested by the line manager from time to time.
– Garda Vetting may be required.
Local knowledge of Finglas and Cabra ( Essential)
Experience of working with-in Community drug project ( Essential)
Experience of facilitation of psychoeducation group work ( Essential)
