Carpenter: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

Their duties and responsibilities include:
• Working on high end residential and commercial renovations, extensions and new build projects.
• Perform structural repairs and finishing carpentry.
• Good understanding of wall structure, roof and joining.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Must be design focused with a keen eye for detail.
• Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean,
• Knowledge to Install and inspect fire doors in line with regulations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations always.
• Work closely with management and the site team to meet production targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practice.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Communicate with site supervisors and project managers regarding work progress, issues, and any necessary changes to plans or schedules
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years working experience as carpenter in building construction.
• Diploma/Certification as a Carpenter
• Strong craftsmanship in both structural and finishing work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid Safe Pass
