About the Role
Litch Care Services Limited is looking for Gujarati, Hindi or Punjabi-speaking Care Assistants to join our team.
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who can provide high-quality, person-centred care and communicate effectively with service users who may prefer to speak Gujarati, Hindi or Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities
Providing person-centred care and support
Assisting service users with daily living activities
Supporting personal care where required
Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing
Supporting appointments, shopping and community activities
Supporting medication in accordance with care plans and company procedures
Maintaining accurate care records and daily notes
Communicating effectively with service users, families and colleagues
Following safeguarding, health & safety and company procedures
Requirements
Fluent Gujarati, Hindi or Punjabi speaking skills
Caring and compassionate approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and responsible attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous care experience is desirable
Relevant care qualification is desirable
