Salary: £28,000 per year

We are seeking an entry-level Care Home Manager to lead our small team, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to staff in a 3:1 staff-to-child ratio.

• Manage and update staff rotas to ensure proper coverage.

• Conduct key work sessions with young people.

• Review daily staff logs and address issues promptly.

• Prepare weekly reports for management.

• Review and update policies as needed.

• Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum experience in children’s care or a similar setting.

• Basic leadership and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare is desirable.

• Child-focused, professional, and reliable.
