Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to specified recipes and standards
• Assist in the organisation and maintenance of the kitchen workspace
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
• Support with meal preparation during busy service periods
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and timely service
• Assist in stock control and inventory management as required

Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
• Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices
• Serving experience is a plus but not essential; willingness to learn is important

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
