HANNON PharmaLink (HPL) provides dedicated, GDP compliant, Pharma Logistics Solutions for the European Pharma & Healthcare Export and Import sectors between Ireland, UK and Europe.
We specialise in First Mile/Last Mile pharma and healthcare distribution across Ireland domestic network.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge? Come join our team and drive sales of our transport services to the pharmaceutical industry in the Munster region.
To be successful you will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven record of successfully selling transportation services.
You will be dependable and have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be reflective, willing to give and receive feedback, build strong relationships and take ownership of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales Support team to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target pharmaceutical companies within the Munster region and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry to understand their transportation needs and offer tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
Work with the Sales Support team to prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance, analyse data, and report on key metrics to management.
Manage and update the CRM system-Hubspot to track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
Assist the sales support team in organising and participating in sales events, trade shows, or conferences.
Essential Criteria:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its supply chain logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable Criteria:
Pharmaceutical industry experience.
