Job Overview
Business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new international business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Utilise Salesforce software for tracking leads, managing client relationships, and reporting on sales activities in multi language.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and expand professional connections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
- Mandarin required
Work Environment:Primarily work will be performed in an office and field environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: £35,487.00-£38,008.00 per year
