Job Overview
Business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new international business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Utilise Salesforce software for tracking leads, managing client relationships, and reporting on sales activities in multi language.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and expand professional connections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
  • Mandarin required

Work Environment:Primarily work will be performed in an office and field environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: £35,487.00-£38,008.00 per year
