Key Duties & Responsibilities
– Liaise with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies and performance targets.
– Identify new business leads and opportunities within the hospitality and events sector.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and group clients.
– Prepare sales forecasts, analyse figures, and report performance metrics to management.
– Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, pricing, and service quality.
– Develop proposals for marketing initiatives and promotional events.
– Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Candidate Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or related discipline.
– 0-1year experience in sales, hospitality, or business development.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
– Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
