(Company Name - Subscribers only) is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team at Huck’s based at Camden Place Dublin 2 . The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
Handle scheduling, stock control, ordering, and cost management.
Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limits.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Support menu development, staff training, and customer engagement initiatives.
Plans catering or bar services and supervises staff.
Decides on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided or discusses customer’s requirements for special occasions.
Verifies that quality of food, beverages and waiting service are as required and that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in bar management or a supervisory hospitality role.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,000 per year
