Job Description:

Position Overview

(Company Name - Subscribers only) is seeking an experienced Baker to join our production team. The successful candidate will work in a busy commercial bakery environment producing high-quality breads and confectionery products for retail and food service customers.

Training will be provided by our Master Baker on site.

Key Responsibilities

Mixing and preparing doughs according to established recipes
Operating bakery machinery and ovens
Baking breads and confectionery products
Decorating and finishing products using piping bag techniques
Ensuring consistency and quality control of finished products
Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
Managing stock rotation and ingredient storage
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial bakery environment
Proven experience in mixing, baking, confectionery production and piping
Strong understanding of food safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
