Ardhealy Spermarkets Limited T/A Londis Adare at station road, Adare, Co.Limerick is looking for a bakers. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Duties include : Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as bake bread, sour dough, cakes and patisserie products etc. Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls, develop new recipes and products. Good knowledge of bread making required. Prepare, bake and finish products to a high standard, while using traditional artisanal methods to ensure only the finest quality products leave our bakery.
