Vintage Tea Tours Ltd T/A Vintage Tea Trips is seeking to hire a Baker to work at Unit 14, 50 Rosemount Drive, Ballycoolen, Co. Dublin, D11 NH50, Ireland. Duties include preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet treats, including traditional scones, cakes and pastries; weighing and measuring ingredients according to established recipes; mixing, preparing and baking doughs and batters for desserts; preparing fillings, toppings and accompaniments; assisting with the preparation of sandwiches and light food items as required; ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene at all times. Salary: €36,605 per annum based on experience. Hours: 39 per week. Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
