The Hollies in Dunoon are looking for a full-time Associate.

This position is well suited to a dentist with an interest in both general and cosmetic dentistry.

We offer a busy private practice, fully mentored clinical support, excellent remuneration, a balanced clinical/work life and a structured Associate Development Programme with funded training and long-term career progression. This includes funded clinical development and mentoring support valued at £20,000+, alongside a clear pathway towards advanced associate and potential practice partnership.

• Access to our group laboratory for digital planning, digital dentures and implant planning/restorations

In-house training and mentoring support includes:

• Implant restoration
• Invisalign Go
• Oral surgery
• Labial and lingual fixed cosmetically focused orthodontics
• DSD digital treatment planning
• IV sedation

Candidates must have:

• A desire to continually improve their dentistry
• A willingness to be mentored and attend team training events
• Excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients
• Enjoyment of a team-focused approach to care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £140,000.00 per year
