We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care to our diverse patient base. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical skills and medical imaging technology
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform various dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, including advancements in anatomy knowledge and imaging techniques
Requirements
- Fully qualified Dentist recognised by relevant professional bodies within the UK
- Proven experience in general dentistry with a focus on restorative procedures
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental treatments
- Experience with medical imaging techniques such as X-rays or digital scans
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards
