The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a well known, national voluntary organisation

disadvantage. Its network of over 10,500 volunteers and 500 staff is strongly committed

advocates the creation of a more just and caring society.
The CE Scheme covering both Wexford and Waterford in a variety of locations, the job
location is based in Saint Vincent de Paul, St Michaels, Thomas Street, Wexford
CE Assistant Supervisor – Fixed Term 12 Months (39hrs)
Candidates will possess the following;
Previous experience in varied administrative support in an office environment.
Proficient in IT – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Payroll
Skills relevant to people management through previous work experience
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
An ability to work well under pressure, resilient.
Have a reasonable knowledge and understanding of the role of the Community
Employment Assistant Supervisors in terms of the administration and day to day
running of a Community Employment Scheme
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience within a community / voluntary sector is desirable
Full clean driving licence
