Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design and project management, with proficiency in various design software. You will work on a wide range of retail, cinema, leisure, and mixed-use projects, contributing across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.

Duties

• Lead and manage projects, liaising directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop design solutions and produce high-quality drawings and technical details using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Mentor and support junior team members, including Part 1 and Part 2 Assistants.
• Oversee planning applications and building regulation submissions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data for design development.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Engage in negotiations with clients and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and SketchUp for client meetings and project pitches.

Experience

• ARB-registered Architect with 2+ years UK based relevant experience.
• Excellent design and technical skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience across multiple RIBA work stages.
• Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A degree in Architecture is essential; additional certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
