Antenatal Clinic Midwife: (Company Name - Subscribers only)
Sherwood Forest Hospitals is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and adaptable midwife to join our busy Antenatal Clinic within the Maternity Division.
This is an exciting new opportunity to play a key role in supporting both obstetricians and birthing people across a range of specialist antenatal clinics. You’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, helping to deliver high-quality, personalised care throughout pregnancy.
A key aspect of the role involves triaging referrals from community midwives, ensuring birthing people are seen by the most appropriate obstetrician and receive the right individualised pathway of care at the right time.
As this is a newly created position, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape and develop the role as it evolves. We’re looking for an experienced midwife who thrives in a dynamic environment, is confident adapting to changing priorities, and is passionate about improving the experience and outcomes for the families we care for.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your midwifery career and make a meaningful impact within an innovative maternity service, we’d love to hear from you!

About us
We are an award-winning (Company Name - Subscribers only) Foundation Trust working alongside health and social care colleagues across the county to provide acute and community healthcare services to more than 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
We put the patient at the heart of everything that we do and it is our aim to make sure that every patient is treated as we would want a member of our own family to be treated. At the same time, we expect our staff to be caring, kind and courteous to each other and to look out for each other. We believe that we are truly a clinically-led organisation.
We are proud that our Trust colleagues have voted us the best acute Trust to work for in the East Midlands for seven years running in the National (Company Name - Subscribers only) Staff Survey, while the Care Quality Commission has rated our Trust as ‘outstanding’ for care and our King’s Mill Hospital as the only ‘outstanding’ (Company Name - Subscribers only)-run hospital in the East Midlands.
