The Role You will support adults (18+) with diverse care needs, completing strengths-based assessments and developing person-centred support plans. You’ll work collaboratively with carers and partner organisations to promote independence and shape modern practice.
Who we’re looking for
- A Social Work degree (or equivalent) and current registration.
- Experience in Adult Services and a sound knowledge of safeguarding.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, strengths-based outcomes.
