Position: Admin Officer

Location: Manchester (New Office)

Salary: £25,500 per year

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, driven individuals who enjoy working with people and making a difference.

You should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role (for part time role this is not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• Confidence in guiding conversations and supporting decision-making
• A genuine interest in helping students progress into higher education

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with prospective students who have already expressed interest
• Generating new leads through social media outreach and content engagement
• Representing the company at in-person events, open days, and community outreach activities
• Advising on university options, entry requirements, and funding routes
• Managing your pipeline from initial enquiry through to enrolment
• Supporting applicants throughout the admissions process
• Working towards individual and team performance expectations

Contract Type: Permanent
