We are seeking a dedicated and Certified Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialised acupuncture treatments to promote wellness, alleviate pain, and support overall health. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health conditions and medical histories to determine suitable acupuncture treatment plans.
• Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile, single-use needles with precision and care.
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and advise on complementary therapies or lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor patient responses during sessions and adjust techniques as necessary to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures to prevent infection or adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care when required.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in acupuncture techniques and holistic health practices through continuous professional development.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Acupuncturist or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and traditional Chinese medicine principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment processes clearly and empathetically to patients.
• Organised with meticulous attention to detail in record keeping and treatment documentation.
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
