Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and Certified Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialised acupuncture treatments to promote wellness, alleviate pain, and support overall health. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health conditions and medical histories to determine suitable acupuncture treatment plans.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile, single-use needles with precision and care.
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and advise on complementary therapies or lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor patient responses during sessions and adjust techniques as necessary to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures to prevent infection or adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care when required.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in acupuncture techniques and holistic health practices through continuous professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Acupuncturist or in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and traditional Chinese medicine principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment processes clearly and empathetically to patients.
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail in record keeping and treatment documentation.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.

Pay: £29,500.00-£42,500.00 per year
