Job Overview
(Company Name - Subscribers only) is seeking a compassionate, proactive, and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing care organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing relationships with our care partners, commissioners, and business clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term satisfaction.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with care clients, commissioners, and partner organisations
- Understand client needs and provide tailored care-focused solutions that align with regulatory and service standards
- Identify new partnership and service opportunities through proactive outreach and market awareness
- Manage the full account lifecycle—from initial engagement to ongoing support—ensuring a positive experience at every stage
- Use Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and produce accurate reports on account performance
- Analyse client and service data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth
- Collaborate with internal care teams to develop customised proposals, service packages, and presentations
- Lead discussions and negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements support both client needs and organisational goals
- Provide ongoing post-placement support to clients to promote satisfaction, retention, and continuity of care
- Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive, collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within the care, health, or service-based sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and support colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with resilience in a competitive and evolving care market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
