Every year when the Home Office releases the figures to us under a Freedom of information Request (FOI).

Can you confirm that the job listings on your website are genuine and up-to-date?
 Yes, they are sourced twice a week from the top 15 UK job boards.

Membership and Cancellation

What happens to my membership if I find a sponsor or secure a visa? Can I cancel easily?
Yes,  you can cancel at anytime from the account menu once subscribed.

Are there any penalties or fees for canceling my membership? No

What kind of support or guidance do you offer to members in their job search and visa application process?
We are not immigration advisors and we are not a recruitment agency. Our support is limited to the information on our website.

Are there any additional resources or services available to members?
There are several resources available on the website e.g. Blog articles,  interview tests, immigration questions etc.

Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the services or if I don’t find a sponsor?
No, if you don’t find a sponsor within 3 months we can review your CV for free.

What are the conditions for a refund, and how do I request one?
No refunds are issued unless you first contact our support team with your issue.

Security and Data Protection

How do you protect members’ personal data and CVs?
Encryption and password protection. We use a separate payment provider PayPal so no financial information is stored on our website.

What measures do you have in place to prevent scams or fraudulent activity on the website?

We are not immigration advisors or a recruitment agency. We do not provide any immigration services, including advice on the processing or otherwise of visa      sponsorship applications.  Our services are restricted to the information provided on our website. This information is solely intended to help subscribers identify potential sponsors and routes to sponsorship.  We do not provide in-person recruitment services.
