UK Visa Jobs

Twice a week our algorithms scan 15 of the top job boards in the UK looking for adverts displaying the word ‘Visa Sponsorship’.  They remove any adverts which have negative keywords in the text like ‘no visa sponsorship available’ or ‘we can’t offer visa sponsorship’, or ‘not currently offering visa sponsorship’ etc .  We use 195 negative keyword filters.

The net result is a strong list of potential employers offering visa sponsorship.  We then filter the list further to remove any adverts which have an employer publish date older than 1 month where stated.  So, all of the advertised jobs were being displayed within the last 0-31 days.

Our algorithms typically run on a Monday and Thursday.  The Monday run eliminates any jobs found on the previous Thursday and the Thursday run eliminates any jobs found on the previous Monday.  So, a constant stream of newly advertised jobs is compiled. For a job advert to reappear in our list as a duplicate it will need to have been advertised continuously for the whole week.

The publish date in our list is the date that we publish the advert on our platform.  So if we publish an advert today that advert will be between 0 and 30 days old, but no older.

Competition for visa sponsorship roles is very fierce, and our algorithms cannot know if the position is filled.  Only when the job advert is removed by the employer will it no longer appear in our list.  If an employer has reached their quota of applicants, they may pause recruitment at that time.

CoS Database – UK

This a list of sponsors who were active during 2023.  The list is compiled following a Freedom of Information Request to the UK Home Office.  We  provide information on how many CoS they issued during that year. The industry categories in which the CoS were issued.  2020 SOC codes, and whether the SOC codes are on the new immigration salary list.  Visa types and information on their most active recruiting months during 2023.
