Job Title: Youth Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them navigate challenges and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
– Engage with youth in various activities to build positive relationships and create a safe and supportive environment.
– Educate and empower youth through workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one interactions.
– Provide mentoring and guidance to help youth develop life skills and make positive choices.
– Collaborate with other team members to plan and implement programs that meet the needs of the youth community.
– Monitor and assess the progress of youth participants, identifying areas for growth and development.
– Assist in crisis intervention when necessary and connect youth to appropriate resources.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress reports, and program evaluations.

Experience:
– Previous experience in youth work or related field is preferred.
– Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or mentoring settings.
– Knowledge of special education principles is a plus.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting youth.

Pay: £39,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
