What you will do:
You will be working independently in a kitchen environment, responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service.
The role involves preparing and serving meals for approximately 10 people in a home-style setting.
You will prepare daily breakfasts and traditional roast dinners, ensuring meals are well-presented, nutritious, and meet dietary requirements.
As the sole chef, you will manage the kitchen from start to finish, including planning, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness to high standards
What you will bring:
Work independently to run a small kitchen serving around 10 people.
Prepare daily breakfasts and traditional roast dinners.
Plan menus, manage stock, and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Previous chef experience required.
