Waitress/Kitchen Hand Required Restaurant in Central London – (Company Name - Subscribers only) | London: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

Responsibilities:
– Greet and serve restaurant guests promptly and courteously
– Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
– Take accurate food and drink orders
– Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure all items are prepared in a timely manner
– Deliver food and beverages to guests
– Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
– Upsell additional products when appropriate
– Remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils; clean and reset tables promptly
– Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
– Knowledge of food safety practices
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and guest service skills
– Strong time management skills
– Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Willingness to assist in kitchen duties as needed

Pay: £300.00-£500.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
