Role Overview: The individual in this role will serve as a leader in all congregational singing, ensuring that worship is enhanced through inspiring vocal leadership. This includes actively participating in small ensemble singing and performing solos as needed, as directed by the Director of Worship or Pastor. The role demands versatility and a high level of professionalism, contributing to the musical and spiritual atmosphere of worship services.

Musical Requirements and Education:

• Vocal Musicianship:
• Exceptional Singing Skills: The ability to perform confidently in various settings, including as a soloist, within an ensemble, and as a lead vocalist for congregational singing.
• Music Reading Proficiency: A strong ability to read sheet music accurately and efficiently, enabling quick learning and adaptation to new musical pieces.
• Pitch Accuracy: A well-developed sense of pitch to ensure harmonic integrity during performances and rehearsals.
• Ensemble Singing Ability: Demonstrated skill in blending with other voices, following a conductor, and contributing to the overall balance and dynamics of group performances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £420.00 per month
