For 20 years, this practice has been renowned for providing exceptional care and has a fantastic reputation within the community. They are now expanding and looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who values learning and development to work alongside their Lead Vet, in a picturesque location.

Role Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures
- Provide clear and compassionate updates to clients
- Maintain the highest standards of regulatory and operational compliance
- Prepare accurate treatment plans with clear cost estimates
- Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for patients needing advanced care
- Share clinical best practices within the practice and the wider community
Your Skills and Experience:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Experienced in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients
- Effective team player with strong clinical leadership skills
- Committed to a progressive clinical culture
- Supportive of nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures
- Proficient in coaching and influencing colleagues
