Role Accountabilities:

• Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures
• Provide clear and compassionate updates to clients
• Maintain the highest standards of regulatory and operational compliance
• Prepare accurate treatment plans with clear cost estimates
• Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills
• Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for patients needing advanced care
• Share clinical best practices within the practice and the wider community

Your Skills and Experience:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Experienced in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients
• Effective team player with strong clinical leadership skills
• Committed to a progressive clinical culture
• Supportive of nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures
• Proficient in coaching and influencing colleagues
