Transport Administrator: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

The Transport Administrator role is an integral part of our Cambridge transport team, offering support to all colleagues within the Transport function and performing administrative functions relating to external suppliers and the timely filing of driver paperwork.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure correct and timely completion on monitoring of transport inboxes
  • Answering teams and external phone calls
  • Data Entry/Filing.
  • Helping to resolve invoice queries
  • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and work proactively with other teams in the UK and all global locations to deliver excellent customer service

Please note this is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 and 1 weekend a month 08:00-12pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

This is a UK based role and the right to live and work in the UK will need to be established during the recruitment process. Please note we are not currently a Home Office visa sponsorship licence holder.
