What We Are Looking For:

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), with relevant experience in surgical care.

Surgical First Assistant Qualification
-
Desire to do Surgical Care Practitioner Masters degree
-
UK-based experience in a similar healthcare setting, preferably within orthopaedics.

Evidence of continuing professional development.
-
Experience in supervising junior staff members.
-
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
-
Experience in a leadership or teaching role is desirable.

This opportunity is based in Tunbridge Wells and is commutable from Crawley, Haywards Heath, Uckfield, Crowborough, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Caterham, and Tonbridge.
