Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Tier T2 Religion Minister to serve within our spiritual community. The role involves delivering religious guidance, fostering community engagement, and supporting spiritual development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and experience in public speaking and dancing as part of religious ceremonies or outreach programmes. Duties

• Lead religious services and ceremonies in accordance with organisational traditions and practices
• Deliver sermons, teachings, and spiritual messages to diverse audiences
• Organise and participate in community outreach programmes, including dance or movement-based activities to enhance engagement
• Provide spiritual counselling and support to community members
• Facilitate educational workshops or classes on religious doctrines and practices
• Collaborate with other ministers and community leaders to plan events and programmes
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and community feedback
• Promote inclusive participation through effective communication and outreach efforts

Skills

• Proficiency in public speaking with the ability to inspire and engage audiences
• Experience in teaching or instructing groups in religious or community settings
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and compassionately
• Ability to incorporate dancing or movement into religious activities as a form of expression or worship
• Organisational skills to manage multiple events and responsibilities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£68,145.77 per year
