Where You Would Work: Station House, Castlebar – Co. Mayo
Our service in Castlebar is for 3/4 individual people. Shift patterns for Team leaders’ 24hr sleepover shifts. The staff are lone working with an individual on a 1:1 basis. These individuals have an intellectual disability and mental health difficulties and where required have a Positive Behavioural Support Plan. There is an awareness of behaviours that challenge and staff are fully supported with training in this regard.
(Company Name - Subscribers only) wants to make a real difference in young people’s lives by creating opportunities with other agencies to promote the best possible outcomes for each young person. We will ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to deliver the specialist care and support required and encourage active learning and social interactions.

Salary Details:
Team Leader
Full Time Part Time and Relief Positions Available.
€35,069 – €46,541 per annum
*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of €101.60 per night applies*
