Due to outstanding growth we are looking for the best to fit in with our current team. You will have a broad range of roles to work on and will receive excellent training.
Your role will involve;
Build a diverse candidate pool through our database, internet sourcing, and Internet postings.
Work with consultants to ensure the hiring process moves forward and most pertinent roles are serviced.
Screen, interview, test and write up candidates.
Update the ATS and ensure relevant information is recorded.
Build your knowledge daily of what client requirements are, key experience necessary and develop sourcing skills to attract these candidates.
Manage the candidate lifecycle and act as a candidate advocate.
Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment effort.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Work within GDPR guidelines and adhere to company policy on the recruitment process.
You will have:
A track record of no less than 2 years working experience in a role where you can clearly describe the success you have achieved.
A great attitude, with a thirst for knowledge
Proven organisational skills with ability to prioritise and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Exceptional customer service focus combined with exemplary follow-through
Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, self-directed and possess high energy
