We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within hotel and restaurant settings. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high operational standards.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the establishment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programmes for staff, focusing on culinary skills, bartending techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel or restaurant industry is essential.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
  • Experience in bartending or culinary arts will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both staff and guests.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,700.00 per year
