Support Worker Colorectal/Stoma Care: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Colorectal/Stoma Care team. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring that our service users needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. As a centre of excellence, you will support the team to offer a person-centred approach to their independence and well-being.

Main duties of the job

To assist with the smooth running of the colorectal/stoma care nursing service.

To assist the team in the provision of a high standard of patient care.

To carry out clinical and non clinical duties as delegated by the Colorectal/stoma care Clinical Nurse Specialist.

To demonstrate care and compassion when dealing with patients and their families.

Provide assistance and support to the clinical nurse specialist team.

Sustain and build on strong communication links with MDT, and clinical teams.
