As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales performance, optimizing staff productivity, and ensuring the store meets its financial and service goals. Your ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and create a positive team culture will be key to the store’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory, control stock levels, and coordinate product ordering.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and cleanliness requirements.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and reporting procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
