We are seeking a Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service and driving sales. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the store meets its financial goals. cake decorating skill would be a advantage

## Duties

– Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability

– Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appearance

– Develop and execute strategies to increase store profitability

– Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints effectively

– Monitor and control operational costs to maximise profitability

– Day to day running of the store inc opening and closing

## Skills

– experience in retail and ideally cake making and piping work

– Excellent time management and organisational skills

– Ability to supervise and lead a diverse team effectively

– Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
