Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a prestigious group of private nursing homes in Ireland, is offering an excellent full-time opportunity for qualified Nurses interested in relocating to different locations across the country.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive care and supervising the care team, maintaining a person-centred approach and ensuring high-quality standards for residents.

Main Responsibilities:
Assessment, planning, and delivery of nursing care.
Supervision, coordination and support of healthcare assistants.
Administration of medications and treatments in line with established protocols.
Monitoring residents’ health status and updating clinical records.
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements:
Nursing Degree.
NMBI registration (or willingness to start the process).
High level of English (spoken and written). IELTS score of 7+, OET or Official Course in English completed is required for registration.
EU nationality. (50/50 Rule: Irish regulations require at least 50% of staff to be EU citizens.)
Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in a team.

Benefits:
Competitive salary: €39,000 – €42,000 gross per year (depending on experience and location).
Permanent contract.
