In this role, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to support adults, adolescents, and children in achieving greater confidence, independence, and joy in their lives.The Position:Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to clients across NDIS, Medicare and private funding streams in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, workplace, community).Collaborate with our allied health professional team to support our adult, adolescent and child participants in experiencing greater levels of confidence, independence and joy in their lives.Support participants to achieve goals through assessments, tailored therapy plans, and evidence-based interventions in a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, workplace, community).Provide safe supports to participants with dysphagia, including effective risk management.Prepare Service Agreements, Treatment Plans, and therapy strategies in line with best practice.Manage complex and sensitive cases,
