The Allergy service at CUH is a regional service providing expert services to the whole of the Eastern region.

The role is varied and includes both outpatient and day case activity.

You will work alongside a friendly and experienced diverse multidisciplinary team supporting the smooth running of the Allergy service providing a vital link between staff members, patients and their relatives to provide and maintain outstanding care to our patients. Commissioner.

You should have a keen interest in Allergy and wish to continually develop professionally and personally forming part of a holistic multidisciplinary team. You will work with the team to continue the development of the Allergy service undertaking audits, implementing improvement plans and supporting junior staff to develop and progress.

You will be required to manage and co-ordinate the Allergy clinic’s day to day activity. Assist with specialist services and their continued development and implementation.. To participate in the supervision and teaching of qualified and unqualified staff, including basic and/or post basic students. To regularly take charge of the clinic co-ordination.

Full training and support will be provided to fulfil the role required developing your knowledge and skills not only specifically to Allergy but also for leadership and line management.
