We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join our dynamic Learning Disability and Neurodiversity Team within the Whole Life Pathway service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking, person-centred service that supports individuals with eligible care and support needs under the Care Act.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including Senior Practitioners, Independence Advisers, and our partners in health, education, housing, and advocacy. Our approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relationship-focused, ensuring that the voices of individuals and their families are central to everything we do.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from qualified Social Workers who have:

  • Completed their ASYE programme and have post-qualifying experience.
  • A strong understanding of the legal frameworks underpinning adult social care.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or neurodivergent conditions.
  • A commitment to inclusive, strengths-based practice and safeguarding.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across services and with families and carers.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £41,771 to £46,141 The starting salary is £41,771 with annual progression through the salary bands.
