Small Animal Vet (salary up to £72K DOE): (Company Name - Subscribers only)

Want to work in a brand new purpose built practice?

Here at Plunketts Veterinary Surgery we are a 100% small animal practice based in the seaside town of Ramsgate. Our lovely location boasts great walking routes, wonderful restaurants (if you like seafood then you’re in for a treat here), golf, diving, shopping, museums, arcades and live music. Our practices are well equipped with all the modern toys, a fantastic client base offering a range of exciting cases allowing you to provide the highest standard of care to our loyal clients and their pets.

This would be a full time position but we’d be happy to talk flexible working or part-time hours. We want to find the right person and we won’t let a silly thing like working hours get in the way. If it works for you then it will most likely work for us too. We value our people, and if work life balance is what you crave, work life balance is what you’ll have.

We want to talk to you about where you see your career going, what you want to do next and how we can help you get there. Progression is just as important to us as it should be to you, which is why we’d be happy to discuss funding a Certificate for you if you’ve found your interest.

What we can offer you:

  • Salary of up to £72,000 that is negotiable based on experience
  • flexible working
  • 15 minute consults
  • Admin time factored into your week. So you don’t have to squeeze client calls in between consults!
  • Support and CPD to grow your veterinary career.
  • Up to 7 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays (or equivalent) with our Buy/Sell holiday scheme – allowing you to purchase an additional two weeks of annual leave
  • Receive an extra days leave each year in your first 5 years at CVS
  • We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 working Visa
  • VDS & RCVS fees covered
  • Staff discount scheme
  • Opportunity to join the company sharesave scheme and share in the success of our business.
  • CVS refresh scheme that provides us with weekly treats.
  • With mental health first aiders on site this practice is primed to help support your needs.
