Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• The worker required as shop manager will be responsible to plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Other duties will include; Recruit staff, train, lead and manage their performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and organise stock and equipment, order supplies and keep up the maintenance of the shop.

Experience

• Proven experience in similar supervisory role is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient in administrative duties and organisational skills to maintain efficient shop operations.

Pay: Up to £38,950.00 per year
