Role Overview

The team operates within a number of key regulatory frameworks in a rapidly evolving environment. This role would support the team in keeping up-to-date with regulation changes & enhancing existing procedures for, but not restricted to, the Service Charge & Block Management section. As a central point of interaction, the successful candidate will co-ordinate all aspects of reporting between the accounts & management functions, support bookkeepers with incoming queries & undertake ad-hoc projects.

Team Overview

The (Company Name - Subscribers only) Client Accounting team provides a high level service, incorporating all aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting, to a wide variety of clients, as well as in support of other professional and management services provided by (Company Name - Subscribers only) across the residential, rural and mixed commercial property sectors.

This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship(click link to check exemptions).
