Location:u00a0Horley, Surrey
Salary:£13.53 per hour (£26,383.50 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are compulsory and are paid at £50 per sleep.
Hours:37.5 per week, guaranteed u2013 stability you can count on
Contract:Fixed-term contract until June 2026 (where this will be reviewed)
Driving Licence:Manual UK licence desirable

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Experience in at least two areas: Visual Impairments, Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Manual Handling.
A Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent) and willingness to progress to Level 3.
A strong team player who is professional, calm under pressure, and has a sense of humour.
Someone who values respect, dignity, and equality for the people we support.What You’ll Be Doing
Support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a purpose-built, accessible home.
Lead and motivate your team, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with social care standards.
Plan and deliver engaging activities from social events, to holidays, helping people achieve their goals.
Keep accurate records, perform audits, and maintain quality outcomes.
