This purpose-built, 65-bed residential home, located in the heart of Netley Abbey, provides outstanding care for older adults and residents living with dementia. We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting older adults and/or individuals living with dementia.Previous Senior Care Assistant or team-leading experience desirable.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the residents and service.
