What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements: 5-15 years B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement Track record closing £100k+ ACV deals £1-1.5M+ annual quota experience Startup experience in fast-paced environments Strong academic background Healthcare/health-tech sector familiarity Based in UK or Ireland

Must demonstrate: Consistent quota over-achievement Transparent performance metrics Growth trajectory at previous companies

Key Responsibilities Lead discovery calls and demos with healthcare teams Manage enterprise accounts (covering 1M+ patients) Drive account expansion and referral generation Influence product development through user feedback Attend industry events and conferences Scale sales processes and team operations
