We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. Duties

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to enhance individual capabilities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance for management review.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or management role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • A background in retail or related industries would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: £22,880.00-£43,157.14 per year
