About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Prospecting Analyst to join a fast-growing team, supporting clients by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. This role blends data analysis, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a smooth and data-driven sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation

Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and drive sales conversations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all prospecting activities are logged.

Hand over qualified leads to the sales team and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion.

Deliver a minimum of 5 warm leads weekly through effective pitching and relationship-building.

Research and identify high-potential prospects using CRM data, market intelligence, and digital tools.

Develop and maintain a structured lead qualification process to assess prospect fit and readiness.
Reporting & Analysis

Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health.

Analyse prospecting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Participate in meetings to align on sales targets, campaign performance, and market feedback.

Support internal teams with outreach materials, presentations, and tailored proposals for early-stage prospects.

Collaborate with project and CRM leads to ensure lead generation aligns with campaign goals and accurate reporting.
Skills & Attributes

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
