Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team while maintaining a focus on achieving targets. Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
