Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
